Job Description

The Financial Analyst supports the company's real estate operations by preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing insights that guide strategic decision-making. This role ensures financial accuracy, identifies performance trends, and delivers recommendations that improve business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and variance analyses.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting, partnering with internal teams to align financial plans with business goals.
  • Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators.
  • Support investment evaluations for acquisitions, capital projects, and other real estate opportunities.
  • Build and manage financial models and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to track performance and generate insights.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with audits.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, real estate, and other departments to gather data and support analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with financial tools and reporting systems (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
  • CPA or CFA certification is a plus; Master's degree is a plus.
